*****ing money

We rented a property through Perfeckum and recently moved out. During the last month of staying there i made myself available twice for someone to come look at the house which means i had to take an hours leave, not only did no one show up but when i phoned the agent she said that the prospective new renter would have come alone to look at the house she wasn't even planning to accompany her. The contract stated that the carpets should be thoroughly cleaned , we rented a carpet washing machine and did that then they decide no they are getting a carpet company to come clean it on our coasts , they are also getting garden services for 3 days to do gardening , after we had a garden service weekly because the garden is not up to standard , it has been winter and everything is dry!! They are also getting cleaning services to wash all the windows and deep clean the stove etc and putting in more electricity for all these activities using our deposit . <br> When we moved in there was ****s everywhere, the toilet and shower was full of alga and insects and we couldn't even use the dirty stove . They ***** your money to do maintenance that they are suppose to do themselves.
