Perfect Voucher ****!!!

<p>On the 21/1/2017 I purchased a $100 voucher for $106 using PayPal...</p> <p>The response made was that the payment had to be cleared with their finance dept and then they would email me a voucher code for the perfect money site....</p> <p>7 days later.... still no code...in the mean time no responses </p> <p>have been made despite numerous emailed enquirers....</p> <p>i think I have been ****med....
