****ed off owner

I'm a very ****ed owner of a unit at Terrace hill the body corporate advised they trust perfecto plumbers and they will do a perfect job ,yet 2months back I paid for a leak that they identified and said the leak was coming from underneath the bath and they would seal it it will cost me r750.00 and I paid a call out fee of r670.83 as well ,now the owner of the unit below is saying it still leaking after they advised it's fixed

I never got any feedback that this was fix and done nothing now to get a mail

Perfecto plumbers wants me to pay another call out fee to come and check it again something this respected company the body corporate said they trust I'm sorry I will not pay it I'm so angry right now
