Horrid Experience

Oh boy, did I have problems..

Regardless of the fact that I called early to price how much my hair would be, they increased it once I was done (as my hair was "longer than expected"). Being dealt with by a student who clearly spent her own sweet time with me, she failed to mention that the flat iron would be extra..so adding on extra costs without telling me. When addressing it, they spoke to me in a condescending tone in front of other clients. Just wasted 2 hours of my life - and still ended up having to re-do my hair. All of this for a simple wash and blow.
