Order not delivered

<p>A month ago I ordered a Perfecta straightening brush online. I get emails that it has or will be shipped in 1-2 days but I never received a Tracking number as they stated in their first confirmation email.</p> <p>I am getting worried as I paid R680 and no product yet.</p>
