Lack of feedback and tracking codes not working

Ordered a dash cam from Deal Club in San Diego on 10 July 2017. Received e-mail confirmation of payment received and e-mail indicating tracking code on 15 July 2017. However, neither the tracking code nor their e-mail address works! I have tried to e-mail them many times only to be told the address does not exist. The phone number also seems to be bogus as I cannot get through on the phone line either. I have sent many e-mails via their website contact, but have not receive a single response back.
