Not so Perfect Tree Fellers

I requested a branch to be cut down & as it was a small job asked for a quote. He told me he would have to see the branch first although I had sent him a picture. He went to the residence & I had arranged access for him as I was not there. He didn't quote - went ahead & did the job & sent me an ENORMOUS bill. When I tried to negotiate the bill with him he got into a shouting match & took all the branches back to my house & dumped them in the complex. Good work Bright!!
