Pathetic Service !

Absolutely disgusted by this business! I've done an online consultation with them and they chose Caramel as my skin colour, I purchased online and it was a light for my skin..I didn'tcomplain...I then looked up a swatch and order the shade directly after caramel which was cocoa...I sent them my invoice and they had asked me to contact my nearest store via whatsapp, I did and did mention I took a shade darker which is cocoa and she had told me that cocoa is 4 shades darker than caramel and that on that swatch the labels cocoa and coffee are mixed up and that Coffee is the shade after caramel..I then asked for them to amend my order but they said it's already been dispatched there's nothing they can do... being their fault (the online store whatsapp not the Durban branch) they tell me that the colour will suit me and i must use it and so on which is ridiculous! I paid for the colour I saw with the label on it..how was I suppose to know it wasn't the right shades? Yet I'm to blame and have to pay courier fees to send it back and to receive the right shade??? Absolute nonsense!! I have all emails and whatsapp messages.....
