There is nothing Perfect about them. Extremely bad service and total *******!

<p>Just terminated my 2015 contract with PP. Extremely poor quality of service, does not provide AT ALL terms of their Platinium contract. no way of checking if pool has actually been serviced since no slips are left as proof, but they still charged you for it. Senior management should be more attentive to their customers. Actually, lesson learned for me: never go back to a service provider you had left a few years before. NO IMPROVEMENT!</p>
