Ruined our Pool and Pond

We contacted Perfect Pools to clean our small pool and pond, and after several months the conditions of our pool and pond are in a worst state then when they started. We have called then several times without any action, emailed them several times and once again no action. Our fish pond was left off for 2 days, and after my mother called them in tears, they didn't show any remorse and Simon told her that he will not speak to her until she calms down. Simon and this company are absolutely useless and disgusting human beings to treat any woman like that! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! PICK ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT THIS!!
