Pool perfect are terrible

Perfect pools are terrible at communicating or respecting the time of their clients. They waste your time with their mistakes and expect you to pay for them as well.

I had them come to quote for a filter replacement. After inspecting the site they quoted for the job. I paid them in full, in advance. They then arrived to do the job and realized they did not have all the parts they needed. I had taken leave to give them access to do the job. I asked when they could come back with all the required parts and they said maybe tomorrow. I stupidly assumed they would contact me, but when I followed up asking what time they would arrive, they said they had booked Monday the next week. They had not asked me if I would be home to give them access. I then had to take leave again.

They did the installation but only removed the old filter a week later. Then a few weeks later, out of the blue I get a new invoice for the job, with additional charges.

I think I am a reasonable person. If they had explained that they had made a mistake with the quote before sending the invoice, I would have been more understanding.

The consumer protection act is in place to prevent being charged for unauthorised work like this. They keep wasting my time due to their mistakes, and they want me to pay for there mistakes. Needly to say, I would avoid using this company.
