Perfect Pools Terrible of Service, Unreliable, Inconsistent.

My pool was relined on the 15th of March and since then there has been a leak. I keep having to phone the office to arrange someone to come out and attempt to identify the cause of the leak, but until now the issue has not been resolved. Perfect Pools keeps looking for faults elsewhere instead of their own work done on my pool. After the pool was relined no one was send to do an inspection of the work (quality check), people showed up telling me to switch the pump without telling me to backwash the system which led to my pool being green and me having to spent extra money on agents to clear the water. They are unreliable, do not return calls or show up for arranged appointments. Every second day since the relining of the pool I have had to top up the pool for the pump to work out of my own pocket. I am disappointed in the service and would not recommend anyone to make use of Perfect Pools.
