Perfect Pools have ruined my pool.
Since calling Perfect Pools in December, to book a simple pool clean (which took less than an hour in total, and cost R1200.00- YES, R1200) I have had to deal with no-show appointments, promises that are continually broken, 2 filters which have broken under their care, and orders for spare parts which have never arrived. I have been **** to...told that my filter cannot be repaired, nor parts bought to fix it, and then, told that a spare can in fact be sourced, but that I must buy my own tools to do the job!!!. I also had to deal with an owner who is arrogant & condescending. Perfect pools' staff have apologized many times, telephonically and via email, (for breaking appontments, for shoddy workmanship- plonking one filter on top of the other, and for generally messing me around for 2 months). However, my pool is now riddled with black algae ( I have not had a filter for 6 weeks) and Perfect Pools has not ONCE offered to assist in any way. \Sorry"has not helped to keep my pool alive at all. The owner agrees that they messed up"
