Horrible treatment of customers

This company also does artificial grass. Simon who does the garden assessments is complete unreliable and unprofessional. 5 times I had an appointment, waited all day with two kids at home and nobody showed. Some of the time I wasn’t even contacted!!! I rang and was told nobody would be coming. I am literally at a loss to understand how this company is still running when the basics of customer service are so grossly overlooked. I understand something comes up once, you get held up twice. FIVE TIMES!!! I’m just angry I allowed it to go that far, I should have gone with another company after the third time. But I value local and I try to be patient. This company really doesn’t deserve to be in buisness treating customers this way.
