Don't use them for pump servicing work

Will never use them again for pump service or any other work. Perfect Pools completed what they call a 'full reconditioning' of our pump that was leaking from an old seal. Firstly, it cost more than half of what a new pump costs and on top of that, after the full reconditioning was said to be completed and the pump was reinstalled, the main seal they said they had replaced was clearly not replaced as there was still salt clogged in the place where the leak was and when they turned on the pump you could hear it suck air in - hopeless and clearly **** about fixing the seal. They had to take the pump back with them to the shop due to the fact that they didn't complete the work they said they would and charged a lot for. When the pump came back the second time the work had been done but I was charged their full consultation fee for them taking the pump back after the work wasn't completed the first time around! I paid for the full reconditioning but not the consultation fee. After putting up a fuss they did remove the incorrect consultation charge but then two days later emailed asking whether we were happy with the NEW pump that was installed because they need to invoice us for the full price of the brand new pump. I explained that it was our old pump that was reconditioned and definitely not a new one. They clearly no idea what is going on in the field versus what they charge customers for and the service work they say they complete you can't trust. Don't waste your money and time with Perfect Pools and rather try your luck somewhere else.
