Perfect Pools – Misdiagnosis, false claims, and no refund I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Perfect Pools. In December, I was quoted R2,200 for a pool leak. When the technician arrived, he confirmed that there was no leak and that the issue was related to the pool pump. No leak repair work was done. In January, I requested a refund as the problem had been misdiagnosed. Perfect Pools responded claiming that work had been completed and attached photos that were not of my pool. I immediately pointed this out. What followed was weeks of ignored emails and follow-ups. After repeated attempts, they requested my banking details for a refund, which I provided. I was then assured multiple times that the refund would be paid, but no refund has been received to date. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honour a legitimate refund. I would caution other consumers to be very careful when dealing with this company.
