Not Worth It - Definately not their Premium or Platinum Services
I paid R12,000.00 twice for their "premium" service. The first year Shannon and her team did a decent job, I was also not in a good space at that time. Year two, I met two woman. You judge if that is worth R12,000.00, I have asked for partial refund, was then manipulated out of it. I don't believe this service is as good as it claims, be careful before parting with your money and being subject to the charms of this organisation, at minimum I should be refunded 50%, because the service I received was average at best.

11 Aug 2021, 09:58Adam was actually in a relationship through us for a while (in his 2nd term) and then returned when it ended. We did not charge a rejoin fee as is normal protocols. During the Covid pandemic travel has been difficult and he lives in a far region off the South Coast of KZN. We have credited him time out and it is beyond our control if the ladies have preferred, during lockdowns and curfews, to only date close to home. He still enjoys full benefits of membership and if we find him suitable and willing introductions that are up to his and the lady's criteria, we would love to see him dating again. Everyone's lives have been disrupted and patience wins the day. We value his support and will honour our obligations and give value for his fees without a doubt when things change.
