Poor customer service and excuses

I had a photo session with Gavin Mckinney from Perfect Moments on 12 April (got married two days before), and got 89 photos. On 30 April I was told that I'm an \extra special"client and he promised to download another photo album for me. On 22 May I followed up (no pictures yet)"
