Perfect Life not paying money back for jacket samples

We paid Perfect Life for jackets samples on 30 April 2019 as a running club and returned them to the company. The owner of the company Linda Jones acknowledged receipt of samples and said she would deposit the money back into our account. It has been more than 6 months and we are still waiting for her to deposit the money we paid to their account. She keeps saying she will do it when she gets to the office and 6 months later it still has not been paid.
