another childs replica on my nieces 3D replica

By far the most pathetic service i have received from beginning till now. I visited the prefect impression store in pavillion to get a3D replica of my nieces feet and hands, they ran out of cups in which they make the mould! I had to personally go to game in order to purchase four bowls to allow perfect impressions to do there job all at my cost. Eventually when the replica were ready to pick up i received a message to inform me. I then paid for the full amounit via my card. I got 1 of my nieces replica which was fine but as for the second 1 the incorrect child's hand and feet was there as this was hugely noticeable due to the size difference. I really feel sorry for all clients that use them as it's not guaranteed that you will get your own child's replica thank god this was so noticeable. I then requested to have the actuall replica delivered due to their error which was agreed upon, the urgency was also declared as i go to jhb this weekend to see them. They informed that i will get this delivered no later than Tuesday. It's now Thursday and i got no feedback resulting in me calling them to find out what seems to be the delay! AFTER calling they refuse to deliver
