This is actually a complaint about the service and unprofessional and ************ behavior of the the owners of this company
This is actually a complaint about the service and unprofessional and ************ behavior of the the owners of this company.For lack of a zero I gave them 1 which they do not even deserve. I was given two quotes the first one was ®4800 and in the middle of the work ®7745.This included a ®500 call-out fee though their advert said no call out fee.The work was shoddy as they attached a copper pipe to a rotten pipe.The bathtub was not put back.I had to insist on them taking the rubble from the bathroom.Calls to the company started with the apparent bosses saying they will come to check the complaint to not answering my calls and eventually saying I can go and report to whoever.Though invoice states they a three year warranty. This is a company out there to rob customers of their hard earned money. Please protect us and future customers from such ************ service providers.They bank on thinking that we do do not have any recourse.I have so much to say Thanks Cheanette

Workmanship is OK but business ethics lacking. Charing exhabant prices for components. D5 control motor card us about 1 700 new but charged 2900. Could be that they were dealing with a female client not aware of costs of these items. I would advise ladies to rather opt to buy their own repair parts and only pay for the labor.
