You will not get what you ordered

Do not order from Perfect Dealz. I ordered a 5G wifi extender on 1 May and since 5 May it was out for delivery. After multiple calls and lies from Jason, it was eventually delivered on 7th May, only for me to receive the incorrect item. Not the same brand or even the same specifications. After receiving the incorrect order, I called and I spoke to Jason who kept me on hold for over 15 minutes apparently trying to get hold of the warehouse and then he dropped the call. I then called back and spoke to Tasneem who asked me to send photos of what I received which I did and she advised that she would send me a reply on Whatsapp. 35 minutes later I had to call back again because she had not sent me any messages. After speaking to her, she stated, that the warehouse said they did not have the product that I ordered in stock so they sent me something else which works better which is actually not true. How can a company just decide well you know what, we do not have what you ordered, so we will send you whatever we have in stock whether you like it or not. I am beyond livid.
