Worst

I bought a Multi-function 2 in 1 smoothie maker and coffee spice grinder on 28/13/2022. Went to collect on 3/1/2023 but when I got there was told they tested it and found that it was not working. I was given an option of choosing something els or refund, I opted for refund as I wanted that smoothie maker. I was asked to send through my banking details via whatsapp and I will be refunded but to this day I am still waiting. I have been writting and calling and I was told it will be processed. I don't know how long it takes for them to process funds but this is unacceptable.

Even after my review, and the email address I was given to send my banking details, I haven't been refunded. I have called the numerous times and I am been told they are processing it. I have been a loyal customer to these people....NO MORE!
