WARNING: DECEPTIVE TACTICS & REFUND REFUSAL – DO NOT BUY!

If I could give Perfect Dealz zero stars, I would. This is hands down the most unprofessional, ***********, and deceptive "business" I have ever dealt with. I placed an order (PDZ2324) and they had the audacity to send me incorrect and incomplete items without even bothering to contact me first. They didn't ask if I wanted a substitute; they just dumped the wrong stock on me and hoped I wouldn't notice. That is not a mistake; that is a bait-and-switch. The "Service" Nightmare: Zero Communication: They ignore every single email I send. They only ever answer the phone, clearly trying to avoid leaving a written record of their lies. Broken Promises: I was told my refund would be processed within 7 working days. It has now been much longer, and suddenly they’ve changed their tune. ******* Retention of Funds: They are now trying to force me into taking Store Credit. Let me be very clear: I do not want a cent of "store credit" for a shop that can’t even get a basic order right. I want my R89 cash refund returned to my original payment method immediately. You failed to deliver what I paid for. You failed to notify me of stock issues before delivery. You are now failing to return my money. TO OTHER CUSTOMERS: Save yourself the stress and the "****ed off" factor—shop elsewhere. They will take your money, send you whatever they feel like, and then refuse to pay you back when they mess up. Perfect Dealz, pay me my money today. This is my final warning before a formal dispute is lodged through my bank and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
