Very poor service

This company has given me some reasons not to trust them. They promise to deliver as from the 4th of this month when I try to track my orders.i found that it has never been touched. It's almost 5th day no delivery. And when I log on in wepside there is a red writteng saying only assental things will be delivered. While government has granted us the opportunity to be delivered none essential things like home appliances
