Very Disappointing Experience – Refund Still Outstanding

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Perfectdealsz. A refund of R700 was logged/processed on 14 August 2026, and I am still waiting for my money. I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages requesting an update, but I have received no response from the business. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have been patient and given more than enough time for the refund to be resolved. It is not acceptable for a customer to have to repeatedly chase a business for money that is rightfully owed to them, especially when there is no communication or response whatsoever. I would appreciate it if Perfectdealsz would please resolve this matter and pay my outstanding R700 refund without any further delay. Very disappointing customer service and communication.
