Very disappointed

Very disappointed in their service. I ordered few items in November one item was damage and the other the wrong size I phoned them no one answers and sent them emails they only rep**** after a week to my mail saying that they wil exchange . I have phone and sent emails no response. It is February and still no response. very bad customer service. During this time customers rely on online service but perfect deals has no service .
