Very bad service - sub zero rating

Order an item and paid for it on 3 March.

No correspondence from them despite numerous emails. The order shows unfulfilled yet paid. Cant seem to get anything reply out of them.

Poor services. will never use them again even if they 100 X cheaper. and i will inform everybody i know.
