Very bad service and my money is gone

I am very disappointed in the service and empty promises from perfect dealz. It is a week from my purchase and haven't heard anything again from my order and have sent email to ask them without any reply. Everything is paid for R800 and got an conformation saying the payment went through and that i will receive an email once it has been sent. And it is a week now NOTHING!!! I want a refund and will never order anything from them again and will tell my friends as well!! It is an urgent order and now my money is gone with it!! If you PERFECT DEALZ read this you better send an email ASAP with my order!!
