Good day Hellopeter team, I bought a baby carrier early February online and I was not happy with the product. The material was so cheap and it was just not what I wanted,it looked very different from what was advertised then I called and asked them to take it back since I was not happy with it. The item was collected just before end of February if I'm not mistaken it was around the 25th of February. Since then I have been calling and calling for my refund up to today I still haven't received it. On one of the emails between myself and Mr Dube he even requested for my banking details which I provided them with till today I haven't received my money back. All I need is my money.

I hope this will finally be resolved as I do not have the energy to call then anymore.
