Unreliable and full of empty promises

Unreliable company with tons of promises and no outcomes. Does not respond to emails. When contacted promises are made but not kept. They ***** your money as you will never get your refund back. My suggestion to all the consumers in this same mess is to report it to the Consumer Goods and Services ombud. Submit your complaint online on their site. They are currently busy with my investigation
