unhappy and frustrated

hi there I am writing this review because of the service received from the team at PERFECTDEALZ its a shame and total disgrace that we have been waiting over 4 weeks for a matter to be resolved firstly the item was sent to the wrong address then the item arrived full of scratches with the wrong battery ,incorrect color and without an instruction manual then we requested that the item be collected due to all defect we were then told to pay a fee for collection as if it was our fault now we have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund , each time we call customer complaints or services we get pushed back another week they do not respond on their watsapp platform , I am not sure if the team is *********** or if they just have utter disregard and respect for their customers
