PD21464 - I purchased several items online on 23/10, and mistakenly ordered two glue guns instead of one. I tried several times to phone the landline number, and it just rang. When I went to collect these on the 01/11/2019, I advised the Female Salesperson (she said her name was "Michael"?) that I please need a refund. She said they cannot do it immediately, but that I must write down my bank details and she will arrange the credit. Since I had already had the bad experience of not being able to get hold of them, I was dubious about the whole deal and asked "Michael" the female for "her" personal email adress. I have since sent several mails requesting a refund....I have had a few responses, acknowledging that credit is due, and even that it would be effected within 24 hours. This was on the 28/11/2019. I will be reporting this company to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman, as they are ********S , and need to be investigated!
