They don’t pay refunds they are bad bad bad

I purchased in October 2025, firstly they missed the delivery date and had to pull strings which I was okay with then they gave me the wrong product, they took way too long even rectify the problem I had to keep calling and calling, then I had to ask for a refund as they were not coming to the party. They booked a return without even letting me know. Since November the product was returned to them they have not even tried to replace or give me a refund. I was assisted by Jason and I tried again this year to call on the 20th they promised to process refund on that day a week later they have not even paid I called and called and still no payment received. They don’t care about their customers or anything they do.. the last call I made they said they want to check if I returned the order , that time is was booked by them
