They do not repsond to requests for RETURNS after sending the wrong items

They are one of the suppliers with Pay Just Now, so I trusted that this meant they would be above board. They are NOT!!

They delivered the completely wrong items in my order and they are now refusing to respond to my multiple emails or messages on their Whatsapp number to arrange for an exchange for the correct product. I ordered small pretty looking hair brushes to put in Christmas in July gift boxes I am making up. They sent truly ugly brushes that I wouldn't gift as a gift to anyone.
