THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I ordered 2 products by Eveline Cosmetics Slim Extreme 4D Scalpel Concentrated Turbo Cellulite Reducer 250ml for the tummy area, they sent me some product that does not even have reviews at all called pretty ***ry for the buttocks area. I called them, there was no answer, I then sent out an email which was responded to by a man called David Dube who said that he had investigated the issue with the warehouse manager, and has been informed the cream sent, works on all parts of the body, please rivet to us if you are still not satisfied with the answer above.

I sent an email that I was not satisfied with the response and either I get the correct product for the area that I want to treat and that is from eveline Cosmetics as I have used it before and I'm not willing to become a Guinea *** of some **** product or I get my refund back.

He has since been ignoring my emails and calls. It's unfortunate that I didn't read the reviews before ordering from them because it seems like that is what they are known for, bad service and non response and they don't even care that their products that are on the website is a misrepresentation of what they actually have.
