THE WORST ONLINE STORE EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell everyone 1 star is too high for this company, Perfect Dealz have NO idea how to treat customers who spend their hard earned money at this store. There is absolutely NO management at any given time to sort out problems. I have left messages for Michael the manager to call me and days go past with not a word. Its now a week later and still not 1 phone call. I am beginning to think that there is no sense of urgency with customer support and management is either never there or in a meeting.....................discussing what......... well its definitely NOT about customer complaints or service! I phone each and every day asking about the replacement item that I need to get because the one I originally ordered did not work and was the wrong color. Over a week and still trying to get someone to give me an update!!!!!! Hopefully this review will get some attention from management.
