I have placed my order on 13/07/2020. I have waited until 16/07/2020 before I emailed them as they have stated on their website that shipping can take up to 5 days.

I inquired about the status of my order on 16/07 and a guy named Gugulethu phoned me back few hours later to explain in a lot of detail why my package hasn't shipped yet.
