Terrible service and product delivery

I ordered 2 Egg master machines. Both boxes damaged, not properly packed and looks 2nd hand. Ons unit didn’t have any of the tools that is suppose to come with it including cleaning tools.

I called I emailed I emailed again and received automated response. I emailed again , received automated response but no feedback whatsoever. Absolute waste of time company.
