Terrible service

They are bunch of ****mers, not answering calls, WhaatsApp and email. Spoke to Nolan and Jason but no joy, they sent wrong order and it was a hustle to contact, I have sent parcel back but still they have not refunded me. I tried calling several times.on ***?
