Terrible Products and non existent customer care

I bought a smart watch which doesnt even work and it came with no charger. Sent messages to ***, WhatsApp message and no response at all. I spent an additional R100 to buy a charger to charge it. The app doesn't even pick up the device. waste of money and no one that even takes the time to respond to complaints but they so quickly can take your money and send products that don't match what one ordered. This business is no legit if you ask me. they sell grey products that they know do not work.
