Terrible product

Hi, I am writing to formally complain about the cupboard I purchased, as I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the lack of proper instructions.

Firstly, there were absolutely no assembly instructions provided. We were left to figure out how to put the cupboard together ourselves, like solving a puzzle. The assembly was extremely difficult, and there is still a part that we cannot identify or determine where it is supposed to go. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is sold to customers as ready to assemble.

Secondly, the quality of the cupboard is extremely poor. The materials and overall workmanship are of a very low standard, and I have serious concerns that the cupboard will not last. For the amount paid, I expected a much better-quality product.

I am not satisfied with this purchase and do not consider the product to be of an acceptable standard. I should not have to struggle to assemble a cupboard because the manufacturer failed to provide instructions, and I certainly should not have to accept such poor quality after paying for a new product.

I expect you to take responsibility for this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. Please let me know what you are going to do to resolve this complaint, as I am not prepared to simply accept the product in its current condition.
