Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I bought a vacuum cleaner through Makro. After 9 months it broke. I returned it to them. They have done nothing about it despite numerous calls. They don't return my calls. I sincerely regret doing business either them. Am I going to have to sue them to get a response?
