Terrible customer service and sub standard goods

Terrible customer service ,I received goods that had been used and returned the goods. I have been waiting for a refund since September 2020. I have been told refund has been made and I will receive proof of payment count less times and nothing ever happens. Perfect dealz can you refund me my money.
