Terrible customer service

Order PDZ 11046 terrible customer service. Orders wardrobe and the wrong colour delivery to my house. I was following up and consultant advised they made contactWhat i sis not understand is when placing order why is it not stated that the specific product is out of stock. So in conclusion customer consultants lie that they have made contact and all of the advised they are managers. So u cant escalate you complaint.
