Still waiting for my refund from completely defective item. No response.

I bought a product from them. It was completely defective. I waited ages for any response to my emails and Facebook messages. Eventually someone called me. I said I want a refund. I have sent my banking details. They collected the defective item. But still have my money. This is theft. I will go open a case to get back my money from these people.
