*****ing money

This company is **********. I bought stuff on 3July, they confirmed everything is ready for shipment. I send a mail a week later asking when delivery is going to be, next moment I received a email that my order is being cancelled, and a SMS saying my money will be refunded. Now I have send a few emails again, then I was told to send through proof of payment, as they could not find my payment! That has being send to them, and now I am still waiting for response. My order was for more than R1200… It's now almost a month!!
