***** your money & disappear

I found the item, ordered & paid the same day & was told via email order complete & ready for shipping in 2-3 days. Its already a week & I've sent so many emails already & no replies, not even an update on my order, like they take your money & disappear. Don't know how a company keeps running like this & with so many complains, they should be blacklisted.
