I purchased a vibration plate from them on the 6th of March 2026. After numerous e-mails to enquire when will I receive delivery with no response I cancelled my order on the 26th of March 2026 and from then I am battling to get my refund. On the 1st of April 2026 I reported them to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman but with no resolution. This is a warning STAY AWAY FROM PERFECT DEALZ!!
