Shipped the wrong product - cheap terrible one shipped

I bought a child toilet seat from this company for R399. The specs clealy said it had a soft cushioned seat and so did the picture. These people went on and shipped a cheap all-plastic one that cost R150 on other sites. Purely Terrible!!! Furthermore, they do not respond to emails or answer their phones. Absolutely terrible company. I wish there was an option for zero stars!
